Everyday Workout

  1. Layups - 50 Game speed layups made on each side (Left/Right)

2. Floaters - 25 Floaters made from three spots, Middle/Right/Left (75 total)

3. Jumpers - 25 Shots made from three sports 15 ft out (Free Throw Area)

  • Middle/Left/Right

4. Ball Handling 

  • 100 Pound Dribbles each hand
  • 100 Pound - Cross over
  • 100 Pound Through the legs
  • 100 Pound Behind the back 
  • 100 In and Out Crossover
